I would buy from this seller again. The book came really fast and exactly as described. The price was great too.
Why is Severus Snape hanging out with Death Eaters in Chapter 1. Being a sixth year student, he learns how to Apparate (appear in other places) and gets to be the captain of the Quidditch team. We meet zombies floating in a lake, ditzy Trelawney, werewolves and a new Ministry of Magic minister who wants Harry to be their poster child. It's a darker novel, murder and blood, much more so than in the last novel. In the summer of 2005, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince was released. This book sold more than any other Harry Potter book up to 2005 at nine million copies in 24 hours. Assuming you're one of the few who haven't read the book yet.The book centers around Harry Potter of course, using his Invisibility Cloak and the Marauder's Map to track Malfoy, who's been up to something. See the Wiki article for the plot, but be warned, it contains immense Spoilers.Until Moaning Myrtle leaves the girls' room, Make Mine Hogwarts.
Why is that. Dumbledore tells Harry the main power he has that Voldemort does not have is his capacity to love, though Harry considers this just outright silly. We again visit the Pensieve memory vat, explore He Who Must Not Be Named's childhood as Tom Riddle, who his parents were and what a Horcrux is. There was much controversy when this book was published. Fun teenage hijinx without the maudlin text of a Twilight Meyers novel.
Who was the Half-Blood Prince. He also falls in love but refrains from "snogging" as his 'best mate" Ron is doing. Well, I won't do that to you. Yet Dumbledore trusts him explicitly. As I recall, the author wanted the text to be secret (understandably) yet there were reviews, as from the New York Times and other publications that ruined it for many readers.
I received the product by the estimated delivery date. It looks brand new and looks as if it has only been read once. I had no problems and fully recommend using this outlet. I am an avid lover of the Harry Potter franchise. That said, this review should be taken as product quality. The book was bought used and with the exception of crease lines on the spine, is flawless.
Just the fact alone of mysterious memories and the betrayal of Hogwarts teachers seems to contain so much excitement, it may just even spoil the whole book for some people. The fact that you don't know what could possibly happen next helps the book be even more exciting. I remember when reading this book, I could barely put it down due to all of the action and excitement. Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is the 6th novel of the Harry Potter series by J. I definitely suggest that you read this book as soon as you finish all of he other books before it. Rowling, and probably the best of the series that I've read so far. K. This is my favorite of the series, because it has many exciting moments that always seem to make you stand out on-end with excitement.
This book has now become my favorite in the series, and I'd be surprised if fans of HP don't feel similarly. Now, THIS is my favorite in the series.I began reading these books with my wife last November, somewhere halfway though the Goblet of Fire we stopped reading to each other so that we could read them at our own pace, that was a few weeks ago and I have since zoomed through to this one. This is the book that I felt The Order of the Phoenix should have been, where darkness really does begin to fall upon the wizarding world created by Rowling. There is a very predictable twist toward the end that we all saw coming since book one, but I was not able to guess who the Half-Blood Prince was and was surprised and excited when it was revealed. There isn't much in the way of new characters and obviously the story focus' mainly on Harry, Hermione and Ron, though since the direction that The Order of the Phoenix took us I had hope to read much more of Neville and Luna.I don't see how this book can be disliked by Harry Potter fans, as it is just as exciting, if not more so, and a more informative glimpse into the Harry Potter saga.
